International IT services company is looking for a proactive and results-driven candidate for the position of Head of HR (Ukrainian delivery centers).

The company offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a team of more than 500 IT professionals with Head Office in The Netherlands and development centers in Ukraine, Romania and Serbia.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate HR teams in our Kyiv and Lviv delivery centers
  • Manage recruitment and selection process in our Kyiv and Lviv delivery centers:
    • provide and update labor market analysis on compensation, additional benefits, changes in legislation
    • enforce selection process in line with company values
    • mentor recruiters to ensure timely and quality hiring
  • Participate, contribute and lead HR related processes and policies on local and international level:
  • improve and keep up to date company’s policies
  • contribute to on-boarding process
  • monitor and improve employee performance review and development process
  • Ensure that HR team supports the on-going needs and long-term goals of the business
  • day to day communication with delivery management of the company
  • setting right priorities of talent acquisition team and making them happen
  • providing delivery management with input on personnel related risks
  • Be a part of local management team and contribute to decision making and strategy of the company
  • Coordination and implementation of internal and external HR and PR related events
  • Take control over company’s retention and motivation policies:
  • provide and keep up to date market trends analysis on retention
  • develop and grow company’s approach to retention and motivation of existing personnel
  • optimization of benefits policies of the company
  • work on special retention package for key people together with company’s management
  • Reporting to head office on HR metrics and on progress of HR related activities and events

Candidate requirements:

  • More than 5 years’ leading HR role experience in a dynamic growth environment
  • Experience and understanding of IT recruitment and IT Ukrainian market and trends
  • Experience in developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition and retention strategies; proven track record in personnel attraction and retention projects
  • Ability to be flexible and agile enough to cooperate with different personalities to reach required goals and avoid conflicts
  • Capability to critically assess value and impact of proposed or implemented projects based on the interests of business
  • Ability to cooperated, consult and advice senior personnel on HR related and inter-personal issues
  • Flexible, tactful, mature and able to work in a multitask mode
  • Proactive, result-oriented and self-driven
  • Excellent organizational skills in changing environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Fluent English
